Reaper

First constructed 2013, Reaper has evolved over the years into the beast of a trail that it is today. Named due to the consequences of the features, particularly with reference to XC Bikes ridden at the time of construction, Reaper is a half kilometre long blue square, one way trail, with black diamond features. Commencing with a gapped step down A line, or B line ride around, Reaper then ascends briefly before plunging into a technical wonderland complete with rocks, drops, some steep sections, more rocks and a big gap jump, again with a B line.

Reaper is the perfect trail for riders chasing a more advanced line choice in the lower section of the park. Beginning at the picnic table up on the North Face, Ida and Reaper can be linked together for 100m of elevation loss over 1.2 km of technical single track. Riders can then choose to continue on into Rock n Roll to finish the run down at the Amos Road trail head.

The exit of a drop on Reaper, steeper than it looks.
