PRESIDENT - David Warner

KEY OBJECTIVES

Support the President in the overall responsibility of the Club Management, development of the ongoing vision and strategy of the Club to provide opportunities to develop the sport of Mountain biking to the wider Toowoomba community. Development of effective communications between the different groups within the club.

SECRETARY - Vacant


KEY OBJECTIVES

To support the management committee in maintaining high standards of record keeping, policy implementation and communication within and beyond the organization. Oversight of Maintenance and Trail Development.

OBJECTIVES OF THE SECRETARY
1.    Maintain the organisation’s records in a professional, orderly and up-to-date manner on behalf of the members and advise all committee members on the system so they are able to easily access the record keeping system while performing the duties of their respective positions.
2.   Implement all administration and management tasks required by the committee effectively and efficiently and in a timely manner.
3.   Ensure the organisation’s meetings are organized, conducted and recorded according to legal requirements (such as incorporation and governing bodies).
4.   Ensure appropriate correspondence is distributed and that actions required from meetings are fulfilled.  This includes email correspondence, post box and Membership correspondence.
5.   Ensure all committee members are aware of all incoming and outgoing correspondence and source further information required to assist the management committee with the decision making process at meetings.
6.    Assist in the implementation and communication of the organisation’s policies and procedures.

 

TREASURER - Mat McColley
KEY OBJECTIVE

To assist the management committee in maintaining high standards of financial record keeping, policy implementation and communication on behalf of the members.  Treasurer provides oversight of the Social Media Representative.

OBJECTIVES OF THE TREASURER
1.  Provide effective financial management to ensure the full financial stability and growth of the organisation.

2.  Provide relevant financial information to members as requested, to ensure members clearly understand allocation of organisations funds.
3.  Monitor income and expenditure to ensure all committees and individuals maintain budgetary restraints.
4.  Provide the financial reports in accordance to the governing body and government regulations and procedures.


GRANTS AND SPONSORSHIP -Tony White
OBJECTIVES OF THE GRANTS AND SPONSORSHIP.

1.  Develop annual plan for grants and sponsorship.
2.  Write and apply for grants and sponsorship.
3.  Liaison with Council, MTBA/One Cycling and other bodies for grant purposes.
4.  Document grant/sponsorship progress and acquittal.
5.  Document Conflict of Interest Issues
6.  Communications to club around upcoming funding opportunities.

 
MAINTENANCE CO-ORDINATOR - Vacant
OBJECTIVES OF THE MAINTENANCE CO-ORDINATOR.
1.  Annual Management Calendar
2.  Ongoing runsheet Development for Maintenance
3.  WPH&S Oversight
4.  Council liaison for weed management
5.  Communications to Maintenance group.
6.  Co-ordination of Maintenance

EVENTS MANAGEMENT CO-ORDINATOR- Mani Agrotis
OBJECTIVES OF EVENTS MANAGENT CO-ORDINATOR
1.  Liaise with Event Race Directors.
2.  Event Calendar – TRC / TMBC / Social Media.
3.  Oversight of Runsheets / Budgets / Costs.
4.  Forward planning budget with Treasurer.
5.  Liaising with Grants/Sponsorship for funding
